Seasonal Resort Communities Just a Reminder – Welcome Back!

To all of you who worked with the Planning Office this past summer on the Seasonal Resort Community Zoning, just a reminder that the zoning now establishes that your “season” officially starts (from a zoning perspective anyway) on April 1st.
After this long, snowy and cold winter I am sure some of you have cabin fever and are ready to get back to your beach. This weekend might start out with some rain, but Saturday and Sunday are expected to be sunny, but a bit chilly.
For those planning ahead, the Old Farmers Almanac suggests that we should have a few sunny and warm days during school vacation week, so come on out and chase the last vestiges of this long winter away!
