Some Interesting, Similar Ideas Moving Forward in Other Towns

Today’s Mass APA Awards Ceremony included as “Outstanding Planning Project” a “pocket neighborhood” under development in the Town of Concord MA.  The project, Concord Riverwalk project is following the same model (pocket neighborhoods) we utilized in creating the zoning allowances for the Seasonal Resort Community re-zoning and are following in creating a Chapter 40R proposal for the Dennisport area off of Candlewood Drive.

Congratulations to Concord and the team that produced this proposal.  An interesting note is that one of the architects involved in the Riverwalk project is presently involved in on-going work in the Dennisport with the future look of Heritage Sands.
