Here is the facility, how do we recreate it under zoning?

For the Exit 9 Economic Center I keep talking about the creation of flexible work space. Recently I was also approached by someone considering this for West Dennis as well. I think the West Dennis zoning may be flexible enough, but I think to accomplish a truly flexible workspace environment, we need to make a number of uses by-right and let the property/building owner create the right environment.

The Holyoke Building in Seattle, Washington and the wework group appear to have captured the spirit of what I envision the future of the Dennis economy to need to follow, a place for the young creative class and start-up adventurers to come together and jointly create their own futures.
